Below are pre and post X-ray images. The left one is terribly out of alignment. The right one was done 30 days later. This is a great example of what is possible. Left alone, the spine on the left will deteriorate quickly with progressive problems in neck, arms, upper back and cardiovascular system. Correction is critical.
