Here's the Fish!

Those of you who attended the Unmask Your Immunity workshop got tons of useful information to bulletproof your immune system and stay healthy. A number

of people asked for the 1 PowerPoint slide that listed the tools by bulletpoints. I shared that I prefer the Socratic method, teaching about the system by asking questions. But, like the old saying, You can give a man a fish and he will eat for that day. If you teach a man to fish he will eat for his lifetime. But, he will still prefer to be given the fish.


For a healthy immune system, here's the "fish":

  1. Make sure your nervous system is working as well as possible by getting checked and adjusted regularly.

  2. Sleep. You don't heal if you don't sleep.

  3. Move - oxygen does wonders

  4. Quit the sugar... that's not sugar cubes, that's bread, potato chips, rice, corn, etc...

  5. Probiotics 100 billion per day

  6. Vitamin D3 5,000IU per day

  7. Omega 3 1,500mg of EPA/DHA per day

  8. Curcumin 1,000 mg

  9. Resveratrol 1-200mg

  10. NAC 1,000mg

  11. Quercetin 1-200mg

  12. Alpha Lipoic Acid 100mg

These are approximates. 1-4 on the list are the most important. 5-8 (on the list) supplements actually will help keep you from getting sick. The 9-12 supplements on the list function as helping to speed healing when you are sick.

The only thing on the list you could possibly "take too much" of is D3. That's going to require taking 20,000IU for a few weeks.
